Prerequisite: Five years of silent Insight meditation practice.
Loving awareness, practiced as mindfulness and metta, is the gateway to liberation. During this 3-day non-residential meditation retreat, as experienced practitioners, we will join together to quiet the mind, open the heart and see our human life with the eyes of wisdom.
This is a new retreat form which will alternate sitting, walking, guided meditations and frequent periods of dialogue and Q&A throughout each of the days.
