Join Trudy and Jack for a heartwarming afternoon of meditation, storytelling, and connection as the InsightLA community comes together to honor their 80th birthdays. The event will take place both in-person and online.

The event will feature special guests: Dan Harris, Sharon Salzberg, George Mumford, Joseph Goldstein, Tara Brach, Spring Washam and many more luminaries from the meditation and creative communities. Each of them will offer their favorite teaching.

Proceeds from this event will support InsightLA’s mission to bring mindfulness to all. Come for an afternoon of wisdom, joy, and community as we honor two extraordinary teachers!
