Sunday Practice Groups are led by InsightLA founder Trudy Goodman with occasional special guest teachers, or led by one of the many wonderful InsightLA Teachers. There will be a meditation with some guidance, followed by a Dharma talk and discussion. Sunday mornings are treasured at InsightLA as we enjoy a warm community gathering for this special weekly practice group. Drop-in sitting groups are an opportunity to begin or sustain a meditation practice in a welcoming environment.
