Gratitude For Everything!

As we bid 2021 a relieved farewell, once again I send you all my heartfelt appreciation for your participation at InsightLA. Your interest, curiosity, willingness to explore new ways to live on this earth have inspired me for almost 20 years now, ever since I moved to Los Angeles. My personal mission statement has been to share what I love the most, the life-changing teachings and practices of loving awareness at the heart of InsightLA. Thank you for being part of this great adventure!

If you came to classes and programs often, thank you for your dependable engagement. If you are part of a regular sitting group, thank you for your consistent presence. If you come to InsightLA from time to time for a special event, thank you for joining in. If you participated a little or a lot – thank you.

To every one of our teachers, thank you for your love of mindfulness, insight and compassion. Thank you for your perseverance and dedication.

To our previous Executive Director, Mark Koberg, thanks for making us the very first dharma center to go full online.

To our new Executive Director, Alicia Tolbert, for your wisdom, strength, and decades of dharma practice – congratulations and thank you.

To everyone on our office team, thank you for your calm, concerted efforts to keep it all happening.

To our loyal donors, thank you for your generous gifts that ensure the survival and sustain the good health of our InsightLA community.

To all of you who told a friend about us or helped get the word out about an offering, thank you for your help.

To those of you who gave us feedback that was challenging or hard to receive, thank you for your courage to speak up so we can do better.

To anyone who went away dissatisfied or unhappy with an InsightLA offering, thank you for doing what you needed to take good care of yourself.

To those of you who expressed increasing joy and well-being in your practice, thank you.

Thank you everyone and everything. May you stay safe, healthy, grateful and wise in the new year!

PS – I look forward to seeing you some Sunday morning; our sitting group meets from 11-12:30, followed by optional small break-out groups to meet people and connect.

All blessings and love,
Trudy
